There are two seperate parts to the PixelSmart University Program; Discounts and Sponsorship.

DISCOUNTS
Universities are offered the Video Extreme at a 30% discount.
Additionally overseas Universities are also offered FREE shipping on all models.

SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship is for undergraduate students only. We offer sponsorship in the following areas of study:
Engineering, Computers, Electronics, Image Processing, Machine Vision, Computer Graphics

Typical sponsorship involves:
- providing neccessary product(s) for the period of one term.
- making modifications at cost
- mentoring with a digital video engineer

Requests are considered twice per year:
1) Aug 1st through the first two weeks of Sept
2) December 1st through first two weeks of January.
( applications may be sent anytime of the year)

This University Sponsorship was introduced in 2002/2003.
Sponsored Universities in 2002/2003 were: Florida State University and University of Toronto.
